The Secretariat of NCI circulates between the member universities. Since January 2026, the Secrariat is hosted by Oslo Metropolitan University, Norway. The Secretariat is responsible for supporting the coordination, administration, and strategic development of NCI’s activities across member institutions.
OsloMet is one of Norway’s largest public universities, with a strong focus on professional education, research, and international collaboration. Its engagement with India spans academic partnerships, student mobility, and research collaboration across multiple disciplines.
The Secretariat at OsloMet builds on NCI’s existing work and supports its continued development and activities.
The Secretariat operates under the mandate of the NCI Board and supports the collective interests of member institutions.
